Mary Ellen Foster will serve as the registrar for all three divisions of the CCAA in 2025.

Initial team rosters are due by Friday, May 23.

When a swimmer is added to a team roster during the season, the registrar must be notified at least 24 hours before the starting time of the meet. Acceptable forms of notification to the registrar are emails, text messages, and phone calls (including voicemail).

When a swimmer is added to a team roster during the season, the team rep or coach should give the registrar the swimmer’s full name, birthdate (M/D/Y), and age group (including gender).
